3. Choose "Add an Order Note" and list the 4 styles you would like in your order
4. Once your note is finished, choose "CHECK OUT"
5. Proceed with the check out process. Once purchased the note with your mask choices will be send along with your order for shipping. If there are any questions or issues you will be notified ASAP.
